Dr. Jared Dance
After attending Washington State University and the University of Oregon, Dr. Dance graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic from Western States Chiropractic College in 2004. He has been practicing in the Rogue Valley since that time. He was born in New York and raised in Minnesota until moving to the West Coast in 1998 for school. He enjoys being active with his kids sports year-round. He also enjoys spending time outdoors and at the gym.

Dr. Bryant Kitchen
Dr. Kitchen is from a small town in Utah where he enjoyed playing soccer and being outdoors. He graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelor's in Nutritional Science. After which he went to Palmer College of Chiropractic where he got his Doctorate degree. At school he received extra education in pregnancy and childcare, and several low force adjusting techniques. For the last ten years, Dr. Kitchen has been working in Rogue River before joining Southern Oregon Chiropractic. His patients describe him as being friendly and knowledgeable, willing to listen and form treatment plans to fit each individual. He describes himself as a family chiropractor treating patients of all ages and through different stages of life. In any spare time, Dr. Kitchen likes to spend time with his kids. He also enjoys hunting and woodworking. Most of his time is spent with his family taking the kids to sporting and school events. Family is his number one priority and watching his kids grow up brings him a lot of pride and joy.

Dr. Rob Ferrell
Dr. Ferrell is dedicated to a patient-centered approach that places a strong emphasis on the
pivotal role of the nervous system in the journey to injury recovery. His educational journey includes earning a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology from Brigham Young University Idaho, followed by achieving another Bachelors of Science in Human Biology at the University of Western States Chiropractic College in Portland. In 2020, he attained his Doctorate of Chiropractic.
Driven by a commitment to ongoing learning, Dr. Ferrell continues to expand his expertise in
functional medicine and functional neurology. Currently pursuing a diplomate in neurology, he remains at the forefront of advancements in his field.
From 2020 to 2023, he applied his wealth of knowledge and experience in a clinic setting, specializing in the treatment of autoimmunity and concussions. Dr. Ferrell is genuinely passionate about guiding individuals towards optimal health and function, employing a blend of lifestyle changes and educational empowerment.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Dr. Ferrell finds joy in various outdoor activities, including
soccer, downhill mountain biking, hiking, and pickle-ball. As a father to three daughters, he
cherishes quality family time, whether engaged in hands-on activities like crafting furniture or
indulging in the simple pleasure of snuggling on the couch for a good show or movie. Fluent in Spanish, a skill acquired during his two-year mission in Panama from 2005 to 2007, Dr. Ferrell is dedicated to fostering positive change and well-being in the lives of those he serves.

Ari Shapiro
Ari Shapiro completed a four-year masters-degree program at Pacific College of Health Sciences in his hometown of Chicago. He is board-certified as a Licensed Acupuncturist (Lac) by the Oregon Medical Board (OMB) and nationally accredited as a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine (D.Om) by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).
Ari tailors treatments to fit the needs and comfort of the client. Acupuncture treatments can also incorporate other modalities, such as Cupping, Moxibustion, electro stimulation, Chinese herbal formulas, and lifestyle recommendations. Some commonly treated conditions include: acute and chronic pain; stress, sleep disorders and headaches; autoimmune conditions; digestive and respiratory concerns; women and men’s health and fertility; pediatrics; and anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues.
Ari’s journey as an Acupuncturist has included years of practice in various spiritual and physical disciplines, seeing the scope and efficacy of natural medicine while traveling in Asia and Latin America; and becoming aware of how this medicine best fits alongside other medical treatments, whether holistic or allopathic.
Outside the clinic, he enjoys time in the hills and by the rivers, movement and contemplative practices, singing, listening to podcasts about natural health, and cuddling with his cat Prudence.

Dorothy Stevens
Dorothy Stevens is originally from Northern California, but is excited to be living in beautiful Southern Oregon. After attending RCC’s massage therapy program from 2015 to 2016. Dorothy received her LMT license in February 2017. Many of her friends encouraged her to dive into this type of work based on her joy she had while helping her friends with their back pain. She loves helping clients that have low back pain, headaches, and sciatic/nerve pain. She also enjoys helping clients that have shoulder and neck issues. When Dorothy is not working, she likes spending time with her kids, playing games, reading books and exploring the great outdoors.

Andy Baldwin
Andy graduated from the South Dakota School of Massage Therapy, class of 2023. He combines Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and various stretching. Each session is patient-centered and focuses on each individual’s needs for pain relief, relaxation, and overall health and wellness. Andy earned his BA in Music Education from Eastern Illinois University, his MM in Music Performance from the University of Utah, and has taught, performed, and recorded music in 3 different states for over a decade. Currently, Andy resides in Grants Pass with his partner and their 3 Siberian huskies
Massage Therapist
Maria Calvo
Maria has a strong background in making people feel safe and comfortable. She was an airline attendant, assisted in medical settings, and worked in a spa. She found massage when healing from an accident in her own body and discovered her true passion for therapeutic massage. Maria specializes in therapeutic massage and headache relief. Through her practice as a Massage Therapist, she has gained knowledge of human anatomy and the mind-body connection. She adapts each treatment to meet her clients’ needs. With her intuitive and therapeutic touch, she eases accumulated tension, aches, pain, and offers powerful and deep muscular and mental relaxation.
Maria likes to hike the beautiful mountain trails of Southern Oregon during her time off. She also likes to kayak, camp, and spend time with family, friends, and her beloved pets.
